Charming, early nineteenth century historic Villa
Hutton, formerly Villa Billére, is a twenty room, 7,500
square foot manor house with a  one acre garden.

We have four rooms with two bathrooms for rent with a
kitchen, living and dining room, by the month from
September through June to students attending the
Université de Pau or to interns. For details go to

We will have three additional bedrooms with private
3/4 bathrooms, separate kitchen and séjour available
in autumn, 2010.

We have recently acquired and
are restoring Hutton Cottage, a
four bedroom, three bathroom
2,175 square foot house. Rooms
will be available in the Winter
2011.
